The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by winkr during the registration or KYC process. You undertake to promptly notify winkr of any changes to your registration information by contacting customer support via live chat.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winkr Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. winkr will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify winkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. winkr shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Only one Account per person is permitted. If winkr identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device identifier, payment method, IP address, or name — winkr reserves the right to merge, restrict, or close the duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses associated with them.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any time winkr deems appropriate, winkr will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport, and may additionally include proof of your registered payment method such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your registered name.
winkr reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. Funds will not be released to an Account that has failed or refused to complete KYC verification. If you are unable to complete KYC verification, your Account balance may be returned to the original depositing payment method and your Account closed after a reasonable notice period.
All personal data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with the winkr Privacy Policy.
winkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and Retail Cash Deposit. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. winkr does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which winkr bears no responsibility.
Deposits are generally credited to your winkr Account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within this timeframe, you must contact winkr customer support with your payment reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is not negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. winkr does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on its end; however, your payment provider's standard transfer fees may apply.
winkr targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance holds being active on your Account. Withdrawal times are targets and not guarantees; during peak periods or system maintenance, processing may take longer.
winkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require enhanced due diligence, in accordance with applicable AML policies.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winkr does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fee is charged by winkr on PKR transactions.
All winkr bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn as real-money Balance. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus would require Rs 35,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds contribute toward wagering requirements; wagers placed using your real-money Balance do not contribute.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate specified in each promotion's terms. Slots and most other casino games generally contribute at 100%. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
winkr actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses multiple times; using mathematically risk-free betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse bonus terms. winkr reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
All bets placed on winkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. For cricket betting, these include the rules governing match settlement in the event of abandonment, rain interruptions, DLS method applications, and player substitutions. For casino games, the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface are final.
winkr reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the event was already determined; any bet placed by a Player who had access to inside information relating to the event; any bet placed during a system error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered; or any bet that would otherwise constitute a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply per game category and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. winkr reserves the right to limit wager sizes, maximum winnings, or withdrawal amounts at its discretion, including in response to unusual wagering patterns.
In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error occurring during a game or bet placement that results in a disputed outcome, winkr's internal records shall serve as the authoritative record of events. In cases of genuine system error that winkr determines affected the fairness of a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winkr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
winkr reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
winkr may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure in circumstances other than breach, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and absence of any outstanding compliance holds. In cases of closure due to breach, winkr reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulations.
An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and maintains a positive Balance. winkr will attempt to notify you at your registered mobile number before applying any dormancy provisions. Following a dormancy notice period of 30 days, winkr reserves the right to deduct a monthly account maintenance fee from the dormant Account's Balance, as specified in the fee schedule published on the Platform from time to time, until the Balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated.
Accounts with a zero Balance are not subject to dormancy fees. Reactivating a dormant Account is straightforward — simply log in to your winkr Account. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the password reset function on the winkr Login page. winkr strongly recommends withdrawing your Balance to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet before an extended period of inactivity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your winkr Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winkr shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; any loss of goodwill or reputation; any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; or any loss arising from your own decision to gamble, including losses incurred as a result of your wagering activity on the Platform.
winkr shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations caused by a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, winkr will use reasonable endeavours to restore services as quickly as practicable and will communicate material service disruptions through available channels.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winkr's international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact winkr customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures as prescribed under winkr's applicable regulatory framework. winkr shall provide written acknowledgement of any formal dispute within 10 business days of receipt and shall endeavour to resolve all formal disputes within 45 business days.
